The App is designed to operate without collecting personal data. We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, profile picture, or any other personally identifiable information to use the App. The information we collect is as follows:

User-Generated Content (Chat Messages and Prompts): When you use the App’s chat features, the text messages and prompts you type are sent to our servers and forwarded to third-party AI service providers (see Section 4) to generate AI responses. This content is treated as user-generated content, not personal data. You should not include any personally identifiable information, sensitive personal data, or confidential information in your chat messages (see Section 8).
1.2. User Actions and Technical Information: We use analytics services to track user actions within the App, and Crash Analytics to collect technical information about the performance of the App. This may include your device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and general usage patterns.
1.3. Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the App, including the device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
1.4. Log Data: We may collect information that your device automatically sends when you use the App, including the date and time of your request, and how you interact with the App. Your Internet Protocol (IP) address is cryptographically hashed before being stored or transmitted, meaning your actual IP address is never retained or shared in its original form. Only the hashed (anonymized) version is used, including when provided to Apple for analytics and attribution purposes.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
Users have the option to subscribe to paid subscription plans. Subscribed users may generate more AI-powered messages per day. If a user has the free version and no subscription, they are limited to a set number of messages per day. Subscription payments are processed through Apple’s App Store, and we do not collect or store your payment card information.
To provide AI-generated responses, we forward your user-generated chat content to third-party AI service providers. The App does not collect, send, or share any personally identifiable information with these providers. This section describes exactly what content is shared, who it is shared with, and how it is used.
4.1. What Content Is Sent: When you send a chat message or prompt through the App, only the text content of your message is transmitted to third-party AI services for processing. No personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, device identifiers, or IP address) is included in or attached to the content sent to these AI services. Your IP address is cryptographically hashed before any storage or transmission and is never shared with third-party AI providers in any form. Users are responsible for not including personal information in their messages (see Section 8).

4.3. How the Content Is Used by Third Parties: The content sent to third-party AI providers is used solely to generate AI responses to your messages. We use API-level integrations with these providers, which are subject to their respective data processing terms. These providers are contractually obligated not to use your data for training their models when accessed through their API services.
4.4. User Acknowledgment: By using the chat features of the App, you acknowledge and agree that your chat messages (user-generated content) will be forwarded to the third-party AI services listed above for the sole purpose of generating AI responses. Since the App does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information, and users are instructed not to include personal data in their messages, this transmission does not constitute sharing of personal data. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the AI chat features of the App.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required by law. Chat messages may be stored on our servers for a limited period to provide continuity of service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Our servers utilize third-party AI models, including but not limited to OpenAI (GPT models), Anthropic (Claude models), and Google (Gemini models), to generate responses to your chat messages. These third-party providers receive only the text content of your messages and do not receive any personal identification information.
