Topics AI Assistant Content Guidelines

The following Content Guidelines ("Guidelines") set forth the compulsory standards that must be followed when using Topics AI Assistant, a conversational AI platform designed to assist users with various tasks through natural language interaction. These Guidelines are a definitive part of the End-User License Agreement (EULA) which can be reviewed at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Usage and Interactions

Topics AI Assistant is designed for general-purpose conversations, questions, and assistance. While you can use the assistant for various tasks, including commercial purposes, you are responsible for verifying and validating any information or suggestions provided by the system. The assistant should be treated as a helpful tool rather than a definitive source of truth.

Prohibited Content

Users are strictly forbidden from creating, using, or attempting to generate any content through Topics AI Assistant that may be deemed illegal, harmful, confidential, private, or ethically questionable. This includes content that might be considered libelous, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or in any way in breach of applicable laws or regulations.

Data Privacy and Security

Users should not share sensitive personal information, confidential business data, or protected information during conversations with Topics AI Assistant. While we maintain high security standards, conversations should be treated as potentially accessible to our system administrators for quality and safety monitoring.

Prohibition of AI/ML Training

It is explicitly prohibited to use any output from Topics AI Assistant as training material for other AI/ML models. This prohibition is in place to maintain the proprietary integrity of our AI systems.

Respect for Third-Party Rights

Users of Topics AI Assistant must respect the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights, as well as rights to privacy and publicity. You must not produce or repurpose content that infringes upon the copyright, trademarks, patents, privacy, publicity, or any other proprietary rights of third parties.

Specifically, users are prohibited from using Topics AI Assistant to generate content that replicates, significantly resembles, or emulates the style of protected works, except where the original author has been deceased, or the original work was created more than 120 years ago.

Should you have any uncertainty regarding the potential violation of third-party rights, it is recommended to seek legal advice or to avoid using the disputed content altogether.

Transparency with AI-Generated Content

We reserve the right to label any output from Topics AI Assistant as AI-generated by including appropriate metadata in the output files or through other means. We advocate for clear disclosure regarding the AI-generated nature of content to maintain transparency and distinguish it from content created by humans.

Violations

If you become aware of any breach of these Guidelines, please report the incident to us at info@reactx.dev.
